I don’t know about you folks, but I love fall! Pumpkin spice season and cooler weather.
Over the past few weeks, I have been gearing up for holiday crafting and baking with pumpkin and cream cheese, oh ya! Can you see all the exclamation points I’ve used in my sentences already?
A few weeks ago I made Pumpkin Sugar Cookies from this recipe Lauren’s Latest “Soft Glazed Pumpkin Sugar Cookies”.
Last weekend, I made pumpkin scones from a Pinterest recipe you can find here. Damn Delicious: Copy Cat Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Scones.
These scones were really yummy. Soft on the inside and slightly crisp on the outside. I used my awesome cast iron Chefs Choice pizza pan to bake them on. I made cream cheese frosting with a traditional recipe to glaze the scones. I put the left over icing in the freezer and take it out again when I need it for another baked item. If you don’t eat all of these scones at once, they can be kept in an air tight container in the fridge. If you like them warm, just pop your scone in the microwave for 15 seconds. Delicious!
I have been building up a craft project hoard! All of my creations are for sale and I can customize them for you. I have dish towels, pillow covers, purses, tumblers, t-shirts, stencils, and more. If you have an idea for a project I can make for you let me know.
Please share my blog with your friends. Amazon has dropped me as an affiliate due to inactivity in the referral area. I spend so much money at Amazon that I should be an honorary affiliate. If you click on a link from Happy Crafters, Craftsy, or Expressions Vinyl, I will receive a small commission. Since I haven’t had any clicks through to Amazon, that is why they dropped my affiliate account. I am not one to bother people regarding email addresses, but that is how I can keep my blog going. The more traffic to the blog, the longer I can keep blogging.
Have a great week and make something with pumpkin! It’s good for you!
